General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to LILLE webshop on lilleclothing.com (in the following referred to as the ”webshop”). These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time. This is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the webshop.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Lille Clothing to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated in the webshop, Lille Clothing will notify you of this by email.
Ordering process
All items displayed are intended for personal use only, not for commercial use. All items may not be available in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance, we will contact you promptly by phone or email.
How to order
You can purchase Lille products with the shopping basket feature online. You will receive an order confirmation by email within 1-2 days after placing your order, excluding holidays and weekends. In the case you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us through e-mail shop@lilleclothing.com.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase items from Lille webshop, you will be asked to give your personal information for ordering and billing purposes. You will also be asked for phone number and email address in order to receive order confirmation and in order for us to contact you in the case of delivery notifications or problem-solving purposes. It is important that you give us accurate information so that we can serve you fluently and promptly. Your personal information will be dealt confidentially and will not be provided to any third party other than for billing and delivery purposes.
How we use cookies
When visiting LILLE’S website we may store some information on your computer in the form of a “cookie”. Cookies are not harming your computer in any way. They are used by many websites to give the visitors access to certain functions. The information that is stored in the cookie is used to keep track of the visitor’s behavior on the website. When you register in our webshop or place an order you agree to these terms. Lille Clothing reserves the right to make changes to the prices, terms, services and, policies of these terms anytime. You need to be 18 years old for ordering online. Copyright in the documents (including the trademarks of Lille Clothing, logos, graphics, texts, photos, designs, images, data and, software) provided on this website is owned by Lille Clothing.
Payments & Prices
We reserve the right to change the prices. All prices are in Euros and inclusive of the Finnish VAT 24%.
Payment terms
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and AMEX. For other payments, you can choose Klarna Checkout, Paypal or Apple Pay.
Shipping & Delivery
We use Finnish Post (Posti) and DHL Express for shipping purposes. The deliveries outside of Finland will be shipped by DHL Express. Shipping time depends on availability, shipping destination and order time, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days, (excluding holidays and weekends) with receipt and credit card authorization. The delivery cost in Finland is 0,00€-13,00€. Delivery cost to Europe is 15,00€ and 20,00€ outside of Europe. Should the package be harmed during delivery please notify us immediately before opening the package. Please note that Lille webshop or Lille Clothing is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or other taxes or duties.
Non-collected items
Posti will store the deliveries for 7 days and if not collected in this time the packages will be returned to the sender. Non-collected package is not considered as cancelled order. If a package delivered is not collected, we reserve the right to charge a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing.
Returns & Exchanges
In case you wish to return or exchange your order, you will be able to do so within 14 days of receipt of the product. Any returns after the period of 14 days will not be accepted. NOTE: Please contact our customer service at shop@lilleclothing.com always before sending any returns. Unfortunately we won't be able to provide free returns or exchanges. The returned or exchanged products must be unused, unharmed and with the original package and labeling, accompanied by the return form indicating the returned product and the reason for return or exchange. The cost of return will be deducted from the returned product price. If you wish to exchange a product please return it normally and make a new order.
In case the returned product is used, damaged or harmed is Lille Clothing entitled to charge the loss of value up until the total value of the product from the customer. Lille Clothing is not responsible for any damage or loss of product during return delivery if the customer has not contacted our customer service before returning the product, or if the return is not made by the indications given by our customer service. In such cases lost or damaged products will not be refunded. When we have received the returned product and ensured the condition of the product we will refund the amount according to the original payment method. Please note that when returning an order we will reduct the cost of return from the refunded amount. To make a return or exchange:
